We want you to be totally thrilled with your purchase however if you are unhappy with a particular item then please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the item and we will provide return details from there.
*Please note - returned items must be in original condition and packaging (items must not be used or damaged in any way) with all labels intact.
If you would like to exchange for another item, please email us with the details and we will hold the item for you until we receive the return.
Once we have received the item in its original condition we will either process the exchange or refund the purchase price depending on your preference. We reserve the right to refuse the product if it does not meet the above requirements.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund sale items and cannot refund on original freight costs.
All our items are packed with love and care however in the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty then please contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem for you either by replacement, exchange or refund.
